“Gavin’s intimate style of photography captures the dishes and ingredients in such a way as to make them come to life and leap off the page. We wanted to capture the Italian heritage that our company represents and Gavins pictures have really worked magic in achieving that result. He has created a photographic menu!”
Alberto Colombo, Corporate Italian Chef, Silversea
